Endeavor Electric is proud to announce that ZERO ACCIDENTS or safety occurrences were reported for the calendar year 2006. Safety is paramount to Endeavor Electric. EMR Rates continue to improve resulting in a .87 rating in 2006. This the second time in the last three years Endeavor Electric has earned this distinction of zero accidents or occurrences. Being an OSHA qualified participant in the Challenge Pilot Program has reinforced our commitment to safety throughout our organization. This has resulted in zero accidents or occurrences for years 2004 and 2006. The Safety Director – Larry Hoberg – conducts weekly toolbox talks on every jobsite. Our goal is to have all our electricians OSHA trained by the end of 2007 with OSHA30 for foremen and OSHA10 for journeymen and apprentices.  Safety is paramount to the success of Endeavor Electric.
